PC Nest Speaker End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Overview

PC Nest Speaker is licensed software, not sold. This document describes your rights and the conditions under which you may use the Software.

What You Can Do

  • Personal Use: Install and use the Software on computers you personally own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Multiple Installations: Install the Software on multiple personal computers using the same license key.
  • Updates: Receive and install updates at no additional cost for as long as the Software is maintained.
  • Backup: Make reasonable backup copies of the Software for archival purposes.

What You Cannot Do

  • Redistribute: Share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or your license key.
  • Modify: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Commercial Use: Use the Software for commercial audio streaming services or in a business environment serving multiple users.
  • Remove Notices: Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Intellectual Property

PC Nest Speaker and all associated intellectual property are owned by ChoppedOnions.xyz. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.

Google Nest, Google Home, Google Cast, and Chromecast are trademarks of Google LLC. This Software is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you:

  • Fail to comply with any term of this license
  • Attempt to circumvent license protection mechanisms
  • Use the Software in ways that violate applicable laws

Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChoppedOnions.xyz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
