By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using PC Nest Speaker ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Software.

License Grant

When you purchase PC Nest Speaker, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Software on your personal computers
  • Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Receive updates and bug fixes at no additional cost

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices
  • Use the Software for commercial streaming services
  • Share your license key with others

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Software doesn't work for your setup or you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Software will work with every Nest speaker configuration or network setup. We're not affiliated with Google or Alphabet Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

Third-Party Services

The Software uses Google Cast technology to stream audio. Your use of Cast-enabled devices is subject to Google's terms of service. We're not responsible for changes Google makes to their Cast protocol.

Updates

We may update the Software from time to time. Updates may add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Your license includes all updates at no additional cost.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
